We organise 4 seasonal handicap races for members over distances from 5-10 miles. Target times are calculated for each runner based on recorded race results where available or our handicappers assessment in their absence! Results are based on race time relative to target time. Trophies are awarded to the male and female beating their target by the largest amount - with the overall winner being the better of the two results

Points are awarded for each of the 4 runs - best of each gender gets 50 points, with each subsequent place dropping points based on the number of runners. The top 3 receive trophies at the following year's Awards Evening.
